Spectators: 7236 (Terracing: 5429, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) Alumni Futbol Club's Lucio Barrionuevo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Salvador Lucian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rosendo Ugutz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Alumni Futbol Club's goalkeeper Rogelio Bakar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaac Orti. With a little luck, Alumni Futbol Club's Rogelio Bakar got control of the ball when Isaac Orti tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 10 played minutes Alumni Futbol Club got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Rayman. Salvador Lucian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Rosendo Ugutz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saladillo AFC's Rosendo Ugutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Barrionuevo in the 16th minute of play. Rogelio Bakar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Eneas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isaac Orti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Bakar having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Saladillo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Lucian came free, but Rosendo Ugutz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Salvador Lucian blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rosendo Ugutz having to make a save. Rogelio Bakar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isaac Orti in the 29th minute. Octavio Tadzio charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Octavio Tadzio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Octavio Tadzio hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When Saladillo AFC's Tobias Eneas in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Alumni Futbol Club's goalie prevented a goal. Rosendo Ugutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Barrionuevo in the 35th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Salvador Lucian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alumni Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Salvador Lucian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rosendo Ugutz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lucio Barrionuevo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tobias Eneas was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Salvador Lucian got free with Rosendo Ugutz in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Salvador Lucian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lucio Barrionuevo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Anier Lizer fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saladillo AFC's protests and gave Anier Lizer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 57th minute, Anier Lizer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lucio Barrionuevo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60 minutes of play, Alumni Futbol Club's Salvador Lucian made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rosendo Ugutz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lucio Barrionuevo struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Rosendo Ugutz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alumni Futbol Club. Niceto Monte charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niceto Monte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Niceto Monte kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Alumni Futbol Club's Gustavo Frederik broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. During the 66th minute of the match Anier Lizer completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Anier Lizer a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Saladillo AFC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Anier Lizer hit a great ball. When Lucio Barrionuevo came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Alumni Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucio Barrionuevo couldn't finish the play. 69 minutes into the game, Victorio Ramirez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saladillo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alumni Futbol Club the free kick. In the 69th match minute, Saladillo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Ramirez to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Saladillo AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 71st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 73 minutes, Alumni Futbol Club's Gustavo Frederik got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Rosendo Ugutz. Rosendo Ugutz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Salvador Lucian went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Rosendo Ugutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Barrionuevo in the 80th minute of play. Rosendo Ugutz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Alumni Futbol Club's Lucio Barrionuevo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-4 in the ordered_time% minute. Rosendo Ugutz made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Salvador Lucian sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Alumni Futbol Club's zone, Isaac Orti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogelio Bakar came out of the goal and Isaac Orti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Alumni Futbol Club left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Saladillo AFC.
