In the 6th match minute, Chepes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Asier to maneuver through the defense. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Honorato Iyan made a kick off. Chepes's Geronimo Iyan got his second yellow card of the match in the 52nd minute. The referee ordered Geronimo Iyan off the ground. In the 53rd minute, Geronimo Iyan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Pulares booed when Chepes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimiro Rami didn't get a good kick on the ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chepes's goalkeeper Angel Loi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Cristo Malvin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristo Malvin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angel Loi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. Amador Rey kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Angel Loi made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Cristo Malvin sent off a good shot on target. Angel Loi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ignacio Pelayo in the 87th minute of the match. Chepes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Ignacio Pelayo scored to the left of an out of position Angel Loi, making the score, 0-1. The Chepes supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pulares's performance. The match ended with a win for Pulares.
