Independiente's Froilan Lain shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Narciso Peter came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C. A. Independiente reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Ferman in the 19th minute of play forced C. A. Independiente's goalkeeper Jeremias Errolan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, C. A. Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Robustiano Cresitobalo came free, but Jeremias Errolan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robustiano Cresitobalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Jeremias Errolan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to C. A. Independiente getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Jonas Claris hit a great ball. C. A. Independiente's Jeremias Errolan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Ferman in the 30th minute of play. In the 31st match minute, BOCA ITALIANO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Benet to maneuver through the defense. Froilan Lain kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Jeremias Errolan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Opilano in the 34th minute of play. Jeremias Errolan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Cresitobalo in the 36th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. Independiente's zone, Robustiano Cresitobalo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremias Errolan came out of the goal and Robustiano Cresitobalo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Delmar Benet's late challenge caught a C. A. Independiente's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmar Benet helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st match minute, BOCA ITALIANO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Benet to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, BOCA ITALIANO's goalkeeper Narciso Peter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelo Mikolas. When Patricio Ferman came up free with the goalie in the 49th minute, the BOCA ITALIANO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Ferman couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonas Claris was the one to do the kick off. BOCA ITALIANO's Patricio Ferman got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeremias Errolan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robustiano Cresitobalo in the 56th minute of the match. After some careless play in the BOCA ITALIANO defense, Jonas Claris kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Narciso Peter. The BOCA ITALIANO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narciso Peter should have stopped the shot. If Robustiano Cresitobalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patricio Ferman got free with Jeremias Errolan in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jeremias Errolan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robustiano Cresitobalo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeremias Errolan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patricio Ferman in the 81st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Patricio Ferman managed to get in a good position for a shot. BOCA ITALIANO's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Ferman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeremias Errolan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Patricio Ferman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robustiano Cresitobalo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Jeremias Errolan 94 minutes into the match. Jeremias Errolan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Ferman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robustiano Cresitobalo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeremias Errolan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 100th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded BOCA ITALIANO left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than C. A. Independiente.
