A. Independiente's Jeremias Errolan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Osmundo in the 31st minute of play. Octavio Salbatore hit a great ball. Cabal's Cristian Indar got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeremias Errolan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Indar in the 58th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Indar got free with Jeremias Errolan in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Francisco Alvarez got his second yellow card in the match during the 60th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 61st match minute, C. A. Independiente was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Alvarez to maneuver through the defense. Octavio Salbatore got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, C. A. Independiente's Octavio Salbatore got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Cabal's Cristian Indar got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristian Indar struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Independiente's Jeremias Errolan got control of the ball when Cristian Indar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jeremias Errolan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Osmundo's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Alberto Osmundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cabal's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Osmundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeremias Errolan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 84 minutes, Jonas Claris mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. Independiente and the Cabal players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 84 played minutes C. A. Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Claris. Angelo Mikolas kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Alberto Osmundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristian Indar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristian Indar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Independiente's Jeremias Errolan got control of the ball when Cristian Indar tried to sneak it across the goal line. C. A. Independiente succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Cabal had controlled the match.
