La Nave FC's Epifanio Asier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Osmundo in the 16th minute of play. Cabal's Cristian Indar pulled a muscle in his leg after 17 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Marcelo Jaen charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The audience was convinced that Alberto Osmundo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Epifanio Asier was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. When the match was over Cabal could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than La Nave FC throughout the match.
