El decano's Alejandro Sustrai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save El decano from getting a goal against them. In the 47th match minute, El decano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidio Perrando to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hermengildo Beremundo was the one to do the kick off. After 58 played minutes La Nave FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Jaen. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Epifanio Asier successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Epifanio Asier yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. El decano made a substitution. Donato Errapel replaced Hermengildo Beremundo. El decano's Hermengildo Argoitz was substituted for Timoteo Chinto. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lisandro Iturri in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alejandro Sustrai prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
