Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francisco Belmiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atilano Mendebal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the match, Hay equipo's goalkeeper Severo Maule had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucas Muno. A collision led to Hay equipo getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Elias Pes hit a great ball. If Atilano Mendebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Hay equipo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Villars's performance. The match ended with a win for Villars.
