Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Eustacio Cheche's late challenge caught a BOCA JUNIORS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eustacio Cheche helped the player get up and apologised. Eustacio Cheche kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, Eleuterio Ipar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osvaldo Botello in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Veremundo saved BOCA JUNIORS from getting behind. Sergio Elodio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Evaristo Veremundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Evaristo Veremundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Elodio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evaristo Veremundo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Botello, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Nemesio Claus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evaristo Veremundo came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Ramblones's Osvaldo Botello. But to his dismay, Osvaldo Botello quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Osvaldo Botello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eustacio Cheche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Osvaldo Botello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ramblones's supporters rose to their feet, but Osvaldo Botello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evaristo Veremundo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to BOCA JUNIORS getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Eleuterio Ipar hit a great ball. The BOCA JUNIORS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ramblones were winning 0-1.

54 minutes into the match, BOCA JUNIORS's goalkeeper Evaristo Veremundo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osvaldo Botello. Ramblones's Osvaldo Botello got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tadeo Galeno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mauricio Tiadoro went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. If Mauricio Tiadoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute, Atilano Bartoleme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The nice shot from Osvaldo Botello in the 80thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Evaristo Veremundo had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. 83 minutes into the game, Nemesio Claus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BOCA JUNIORS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ramblones the free kick. A collision led to BOCA JUNIORS getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Nemesio Claus hit a great ball. If Osvaldo Botello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tadeo Galeno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Tiadoro in the 89th minute of the match. Evaristo Veremundo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvaldo Botello's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Osvaldo Botellos short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Evaristo Veremundo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The BOCA JUNIORS fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ramblones were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
