Spectators: 6383 (Terracing: 5383, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Horacio Flor kicked off to start the match. Gabriel Gaxan succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 6th playminute. After some careless play in the Barrow defense, Ariel Fonso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Constantino Markel. The Barrow fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Constantino Markel should have stopped the shot. In the 17th minute, Ariel Fonso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Barrow's Constantino Markel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariel Fonso in the 19th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Horacio Flor in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severo Maule prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 30 minutes into the game, Ariel Fonso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Constantino Markel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gabriel Gaxan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Severo Maule having to make a save. If Horacio Flor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Hay equipo's Severo Maule got control of the ball when Gabriel Gaxan tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Ariel Fonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ariel Fonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ariel Fonso was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Hay equipo's Constantino Markel threw himself towards the right post 51 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ariel Fonso, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ariel Fonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Markel having to interfere. Atilano Mendebal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Markel having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Barrow's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Fonso came free, but Constantino Markel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Faustino Ixidor fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Barrow's protests and gave Faustino Ixidor a yellow card for diving instead. After 58 played minutes Barrow got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Ixidor. Horacio Flor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Gaxan in the 63rd minute of play forced Hay equipo's goalkeeper Severo Maule to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 played minutes Barrow got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Santiago. Gabriel Gaxan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Maule having to interfere. Horacio Flor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Atilano Mendebal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Constantino Markel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ariel Fonso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gabriel Gaxan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horacio Flor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severo Maule having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Barrow fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Constantino Markel, was totally fooled by Hay equipo's Eulalio Poncio, who 92 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ariel Fonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
