Güemes booed when Liverpool Sarandi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Eleder didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvestre Cordearo struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Angel Bernebe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C. D. y S. M. M. Güemes. Jairo Celipe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Güemes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Enmanuel helped the player get up and apologised. Güemes's Teofilo Caetano couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Liverpool Sarandi. Paulo Ieltxu hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Angel Bernebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Celipe in the 40th minute of play. Anier Valiente struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Mario Evis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liverpool Sarandi. If Samuel Errolan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 51st minute of the match Andres Eguntsenti shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mario Evis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience held their breath when Teofilo Caetano in the 55th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Angel Bernebe's left hand side. Mario Evis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anier Valiente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco Nabar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anier Valiente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Evis having to interfere. Francisco Nabar scored 1-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mario Evis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Liverpool Sarandi's Cleto Eleder got his second yellow card of the match in the 70th minute. The referee ordered Cleto Eleder off the ground. 75 minutes into the game, Silvestre Cordearo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Angel Bernebe. Silvestre Cordearo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. If Anier Valiente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Samuel Errolan during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 82nd minute, Samuel Errolan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, Liverpool Sarandi's goalkeeper Angel Bernebe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jairo Celipe. The C. D. y S. M. M. Güemes players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Liverpool Sarandi from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
