In the 39thth minute of the game Carlos Erroman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but UliGood's Roman Goyo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roman Goyo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Candelaria FC's Osvaldo Vasco shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Romulo Lonzo to make the kick off.
