Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Erroman in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angel Bernebe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Osvaldo Vasco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Candelaria FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Osvaldo Vasco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angel Bernebe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The wind increased when Carlos Erroman made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Candelaria FC's Venancio Ihazintu got control of the ball when Anier Valiente tried to sneak it across the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Augusto Enmanuel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Liverpool Sarandi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Candelaria FC the free kick. Augusto Enmanuel kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 64th minute Augusto Enmanuel suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. With a little luck, Candelaria FC's Venancio Ihazintu got control of the ball when Anier Valiente tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96thth minute of the game Osvaldo Vasco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liverpool Sarandi's Angel Bernebe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Candelaria FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
