Andres Toro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laureano Faron, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Horacio Lertxun's late challenge caught a Colonia Urquiza's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Faron in the 51st minute of play forced Colonia Urquiza's goalkeeper Andres Toro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. CyB Ramón Santamarina's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
