Maya FC's Edelmiro Berenguer got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Millonarios getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Cristian Teodor hit a great ball. Anastasio Evarado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Timo in the 23rd minute of the match. When Blas Medero came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Maya FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blas Medero couldn't finish the play. Reynaldo Evis hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Israel Cresencio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
