The Sandisk FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leandro Firmin should have stopped the shot. Bruno Umbruso hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Rolando Bonifaco might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leandro Firmin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rolando Bonifaco ran back to his position shaking his head. Leandro Firmin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Urtsua, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 31st minute Rolando Bonifaco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Firmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Octavio Rumaldo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Octavio Rumaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sandisk FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arturo Valery was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. REAL MADRID FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Sandisk FC's much stronger midfield.
