Spectators: 6851 (Terracing: 5451, Seating: 1350, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leandro Barbosa started the match with the kick off. Leandro Barbosa kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as atencio FC's Julio Cayo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcial Nuno. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Haroldo Sein during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Academia FC's Haroldo Sein got a free kick in the 9th minute. David Quintun's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 12thth minute, Marcial Nuno skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Julio Cayo struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Marcial Nuno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for atencio FC. In the 15th minute Haroldo Sein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Eneto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, David Quintun dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcial Nuno, 2-0. David Quintun in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcial Nuno, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Marcial Nuno managed to avoid a goal in the 27thth minute, when atencio FC's David Quintun fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. atencio FC's David Quintun got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Academia FC's zone, David Quintun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcial Nuno came out of the goal and David Quintun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hermengildo Damario charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hermengildo Damario the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 38th minute, David Quintun made a precise shot to the right of Marcial Nuno. Academia FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. If David Quintun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Quintun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when David Quintun made the kick off in the second half. If Julio Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliseo Napier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Marcial Nuno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nestor Eneto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Barbosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseo Napier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Academia FC defense, Eliseo Napier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcial Nuno. The Academia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcial Nuno should have stopped the shot. Marcial Nuno came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by atencio FC's David Quintun. But to his dismay, David Quintun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Marcial Nuno didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julio Cayo went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Marcial Nuno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Quintun in the 75th minute of the match. Nestor Eneto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Haroldo Sein in the 78th minute. Haroldo Sein could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Nestor Eneto made a huge save. Leandro Barbosa's late challenge caught a atencio FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leandro Barbosa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd match minute, Academia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. After 84 minutes, David Quintun made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Academia FC's Marcial Nuno tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. David Quintun might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcial Nuno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. David Quintun ran back to his position shaking his head. If Julio Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that David Quintun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcial Nuno was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. There was no doubt that atencio FC were the better team. atencio FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
