An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Mino in the 19th minute of play forced Club Atlético Decadente's goalkeeper Arnoldo Nisio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernando Santio in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jairo Maties saved Alter Ego from getting behind. When Eloy Haimar fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alter Ego's protests and gave Eloy Haimar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Club Atlético Decadente booed when Alter Ego was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eloy Haimar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Alter Ego's Amadeo Palban nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnoldo Nisio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 34th minute of the match Eriberto Acuña shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnoldo Nisio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 38th minute, Cesar Millano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amadeo Palban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Arnoldo Nisio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rolando Chago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Atlético Decadente's Rolando Chago got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of Alter Ego booed when Club Atlético Decadente was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Senin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Christian Mino made a precise shot to the right of Arnoldo Nisio. Club Atlético Decadente's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Jairo Maties showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Abilio in the 74th minute of the match. Alter Ego's Amadeo Palban got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 84 minutes of play, Alter Ego's Christian Mino made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnoldo Nisio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arnoldo Nisio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Mino, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. With a little luck, Alter Ego's Jairo Maties got control of the ball when Rolando Chago tried to sneak it across the goal line. Club Atlético Decadente's Arnoldo Nisio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Palban in the 95th minute of play. Amadeo Palban struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Arnoldo Nisio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alter Ego. Daniel Soter's late challenge caught a Alter Ego's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Soter helped the player get up and apologised. Daniel Soter kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Alter Ego's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
