Nunez Fortun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Sabino having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Ideazabal's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Mosen came free, but Fidel Sabino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Hugo Mosen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidel Sabino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the game, Federico Ilazki lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Santos Bela. After 24 minutes of play, Ideazabal's Aristides Mitxaut made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santos Bela was left in no man's land by his defense there! Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Santos Bela successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Federico Ilazki who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Santos Bela when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rogelio Kemen hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. When Ideazabal's Alberto Basajaun in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rosario De Central's goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Ideazabal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rosario De Central:s goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nunez Fortun made a kick off. Rosario De Central's Nunez Fortun came free and shot a quick shot against goal 55 minutes in the game, fortunately Fidel Sabino had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Santos Bela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Mitxaut in the 57th minute of the match. Fidel Sabino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Mosen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Nunez Fortun notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Ideazabal's Fidel Sabino. Fidel Sabino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jacinto Gorbea's late challenge caught a Rosario De Central's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacinto Gorbea helped the player get up and apologised. After 66 played minutes Ideazabal got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Gorbea. Aristides Mitxaut kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Santos Bela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Basajaun in the 79th minute of play. Emilio Bastiaro kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Nunez Fortun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Fidel Sabino made a huge save. Teodoro Bakar hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Ideazabal succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Rosario De Central had controlled the match.
