Nunez Fortun might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristian Cordarin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nunez Fortun ran back to his position shaking his head. Sportivo Sachetti's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Nunez Fortun scored to the left of an out of position Cristian Cordarin, making the score, 1-1. If Hugo Mosen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauricio Lohitzun scored 1-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Santos Bela, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Edelmiro Urtun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Santos Bela made a huge save. In the 80th match minute, Rosario De Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Videl to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Rosario De Central booed when Sportivo Sachetti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Tiniebra didn't get a good kick on the ball. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rosario De Central reached it. Santos Bela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edelmiro Urtun in the 94th minute. Nunez Fortun got in the 96th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Cristian Cordarin handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. When the final whistle went the supporters of Sportivo Sachetti were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Rosario De Central side.
