Spectators: 7037 (Terracing: 5386, Seating: 1651, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leopoldo Eate kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Danilo Hustaz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Everardo Sal, 1-0. When Catuna's Marciano Lalla in 8 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Everardo Sal guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Marciano Lalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Sal having to interfere. El Fortin de las Cabas FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marciano Lalla 14 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Marciano Lalla struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Everardo Sal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catuna. In the 23rd minute, Danilo Hustaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marciano Lalla was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 25th minute. Catuna's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 29 minutes into the match, Catuna's goal looked a bit too open when Leopoldo Eate came free, but Felipe Hever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Inocencio Domenec notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Catuna's Felipe Hever. Felipe Hever was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of El Fortin de las Cabas FC booed when Catuna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Theobald didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Catuna's Marciano Lalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Everardo Sal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Danilo Hustaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Eudoxio hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. El Fortin de las Cabas FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vladimiro Honrio in the 46th minute. The corner ended in Vladimiro Honrio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Catuna's Felipe Hever did a great save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marciano Lalla was the one to do the kick off. Danilo Hustaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ulises Corderun kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, El Fortin de las Cabas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marciano Lalla came free, but Everardo Sal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inocencio Domenec fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Hever having to interfere. Everardo Sal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Hustaz in the 68th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Amancio Viator hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Everardo Sal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Lalla in the 71st minute of play. Catuna's Felipe Hever played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Eate in the 73rd minute of play. Leopoldo Eate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Felipe Hever tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Hustaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Danilo Hustaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Everardo Sal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Catuna fans cheered their team off the field, for while El Fortin de las Cabas FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
