Iturraspe FC's Diego Gonzo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Iturraspe FC from getting a goal against them. Felix Faron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Hever having to interfere. Catuna's Felipe Hever played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Leheren in the 17th minute of play. Felix Faron scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felipe Hever, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Diego Gonzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Lalla in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of Iturraspe FC booed when Catuna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marciano Lalla didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Ermegildo Tiso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Iturraspe FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Catuna the free kick. A collision led to Iturraspe FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Ermegildo Tiso hit a great ball. With a little luck, Iturraspe FC's Diego Gonzo got control of the ball when Danilo Hustaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felix Faron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Felipe Hever tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Catuna's Marciano Lalla dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Felipe Hever showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Faron in the 37th minute of the match. When Martin Navarro fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Catuna's protests and gave Martin Navarro a yellow card for diving instead. Martin Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Prudencio Leheren took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felipe Hever. Felipe Hever dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Prudencio Leheren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Prudencio Leheren was the one to do the kick off. Zacarias Tirso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Felipe Hever tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felix Faron scored 1-4 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felipe Hever, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61st minute, Ermegildo Tiso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Felix Faron succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-5 in the 65th playminute. Diego Gonzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Hustaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had been going on for 77 minutes, Iturraspe FC's Ulises Llorienzo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Felipe Hever. Ermegildo Tiso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 100th minute of the match, but Felipe Hever made a huge save. When the match was over Iturraspe FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Catuna throughout the match.
