But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omar Ieltxu couldn't finish the play. After 32 played minutes Crucesita got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Casado. Guido Botello blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Laureano Manilan having to make a save. In the 37th minute, Omar Ieltxu made a precise shot to the right of Laureano Manilan. Lezcanos AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 44thth minute of the game Cosme Goiz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crucesita's Roman Gau was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Ebardo in the 53rd minute of play forced Crucesita's goalkeeper Roman Gau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Cosme Goiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. Roman Gau made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Cosme Goiz sent off a good shot on target. Laureano Manilan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Botello in the 78th minute of the match. Crucesita's Roman Gau proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Crucesita from getting a goal against them. In the 84th minute, Adan Ebardo fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Roman Gau, passed just outside the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guido Botello during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
