Spectators: 6669 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 0) Batavia FC's Pastor Ilazki started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute Vladimiro Caton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teo Atarratze saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Leon Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 11 minutes of play, Batavia FC's Pastor Ilazki made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teo Atarratze was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Batavia FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Alvaro Domingues hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the game, Batavia FC's Pastor Ilazki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Teo Atarratze made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. If Pastor Ilazki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teo Atarratze made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Ilazki in the 25th minute of play. 33 minutes into the game, Pastor Ilazki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Teo Atarratze was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Alvaro Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot. Batavia FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvaro Domingues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teo Atarratze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pastor Ilazki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Teo Atarratze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vladimiro Caton struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Teo Atarratze didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Batavia FC. Teo Atarratze stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pastor Ilazki's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in EQF's zone, Vladimiro Caton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teo Atarratze came out of the goal and Vladimiro Caton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Santos Remir to strike the kick off in the second half. Camilo Tajo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Ferman in the 54th minute of the match. Pastor Ilazki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Teo Atarratze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santos Remir's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camilo Tajo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Pastor Ilazki kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Teo Atarratze. That made the score 0-5 in the 62 minute of play. Camilo Tajo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Ferman in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Batavia FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Aguirre to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Cayo in the 77th minute of play forced EQF's goalkeeper Teo Atarratze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pastor Ilazki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Teo Atarratze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vladimiro Caton's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 85thth minute, Teo Atarratze skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Teo Atarratze made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Alvaro Domingues sent off a good shot on target. In the 92nd minute, Santos Remir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Teo Atarratze was a little too slow when Pastor Ilazki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-7. Batavia FC played a much better game than EQF and deserved their victory. The EQF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
