Leon Isaio came out of the goal and Teofilo Chuse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of FC. Juanjo booed when santydom was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Tonete didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute, Lino Etxekopar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofilo Chuse in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leon Isaio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leon Isaio came out of the goal and Mariano Lekubegi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leon Isaio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilo Chuse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the game, Jose Eliu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC. Juanjo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave santydom the free kick. Jose Eliu hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Esteve Lluterio got free with Benedicto Oier in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 27 minutes into the match, Esteve Lluterio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benedicto Oier. FC. Juanjo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Esteve Lluterio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teofilo Chuse in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leon Isaio saved santydom from getting behind. In the 38th match minute, santydom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evelio Nafarroa to maneuver through the defense. Felipe Quentin kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Esteve Lluterio took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benedicto Oier. Benedicto Oier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cornelio Hotz was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Cornelio Hotz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Benedicto Oier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lino Etxekopar was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 55 minutes into the match. If Mariano Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute, Mariano Lekubegi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Felipe Quentin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 minutes of play, santydom's Cornelio Hotz made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benedicto Oier was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Mariano Lekubegi managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC. Juanjo's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Lekubegi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leon Isaio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felipe Quentin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, santydom's Leon Isaio got control of the ball when Mariano Lekubegi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 86 minutes, Arnulfo Belasko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC. Juanjo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arnulfo Belasko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Felipe Quentin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Leon Isaio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Mariano Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of santydom booed when FC. Juanjo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celedonio Tadzio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, FC. Juanjo's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Hotz came free, but Benedicto Oier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The santydom players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
