Hernan Kauldi charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hernan Kauldi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hernan Kauldi kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, AC Simba's Christian Remir got a free kick in the 8th minute. If Cosme Goiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 16 played minutes Lezcanos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Celso Cordeara. After 20 minutes of play, Lezcanos AFC's Cosme Goiz made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Damaso Arias was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Lezcanos AFC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Fermin Ur hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fermin Ur got free with Damaso Arias in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the match, AC Simba's goalkeeper Damaso Arias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cosme Goiz. Laureano Manilan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celso Ferman, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Gerardo Urtsin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Simba's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerardo Urtsin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Cosme Goiz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, AC Simba's goal looked a bit too open when Adan Ebardo came free, but Damaso Arias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adan Ebardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Damaso Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Goiz in the 52nd minute of play. After some careless play in the AC Simba defense, Cosme Goiz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damaso Arias. The AC Simba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damaso Arias should have stopped the shot. Lezcanos AFC's Cosme Goiz got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, Lezcanos AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Ferman came free, but Laureano Manilan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Adan Ebardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damaso Arias. AC Simba's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adan Ebardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Adan Ebardo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damaso Arias having to make a save. Damaso Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Goiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laureano Manilan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Ferman in the 71st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Cosme Goiz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damaso Arias was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Gerardo Urtsin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Laureano Manilan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the game, Celso Ferman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Laureano Manilan. Celso Ferman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Adan Ebardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cosme Goiz might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damaso Arias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cosme Goiz ran back to his position shaking his head. When AC Simba's Celso Ferman in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lezcanos AFC's goalie prevented a goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Lezcanos AFC had played much better football throughout.
