Spectators: 7267 (Terracing: 5452, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Celso Ferman kicked off to start the match. With a little luck, Batavia FC's Camilo Tajo got control of the ball when Gerardo Urtsin tried to sneak it across the goal line. AC Simba were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Batavia FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Domingos Celio took the corner. In the 6th match minute, AC Simba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Fraco to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute, Gerardo Urtsin fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. Celso Ferman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camilo Tajo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Damaso Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vladimiro Caton in the 10th minute of play. Vladimiro Caton scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damaso Arias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Batavia FC's Camilo Tajo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Batavia FC from getting a goal against them. After 21 played minutes Batavia FC got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Domingues. Damaso Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Ilazki in the 29th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Pastor Ilazki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damaso Arias was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 39 minutes into the game, Erubiel Pero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Batavia FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave AC Simba the free kick. During the 42nd minute of the match Alvaro Domingues completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Alvaro Domingues a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 42nd minute, Alvaro Domingues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Damaso Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vladimiro Caton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vladimiro Caton to strike the kick off in the second half. Camilo Tajo came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by AC Simba's Celso Ferman. But to his dismay, Celso Ferman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Leon Cayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vladimiro Caton had several of the AC Simba's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 56 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Damaso Arias as he didn't even see the shot coming. Leon Cayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Arias having to interfere. Vladimiro Caton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Arias having to interfere. 68 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Caton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Damaso Arias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Vladimiro Caton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leon Cayo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Damaso Arias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pastor Ilazki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gerardo Urtsin came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the AC Simba fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerardo Urtsin couldn't finish the play. If Leon Cayo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leon Cayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Arias having to interfere. Christian Remir charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christian Remir the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st match minute, AC Simba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Remir to maneuver through the defense. When Christian Remir was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played. 94 minutes into the game, Batavia FC's Vladimiro Caton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damaso Arias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. The AC Simba fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Batavia FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
