Spectators: 7239 (Terracing: 5541, Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Santos Remir got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Santos Remir managed to get in a good position for a shot. EQF's supporters rose to their feet, but Santos Remir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Tajo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, EQF's Teo Atarratze got control of the ball when Vladimiro Caton tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in EQF's zone, Pastor Ilazki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teo Atarratze came out of the goal and Pastor Ilazki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 29th minute, Pastor Ilazki fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Pastor Ilazki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teo Atarratze had great luck who in the 38thth minute grab hold of the ball when Pastor Ilazki from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 41 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Caton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Teo Atarratze was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Teo Atarratze successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 49th minute of the match Erubiel Pero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teo Atarratze skillfully saved the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Vladimiro Caton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Atarratze having to interfere. Teo Atarratze didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pastor Ilazki went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pastor Ilazki in the 61st minute of play forced EQF's goalkeeper Teo Atarratze to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st match minute, EQF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Cordara to maneuver through the defense. Pastor Ilazki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Atarratze having to interfere. With a little luck, Batavia FC's Camilo Tajo got control of the ball when Nicasio Ferman tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Fidel Medina fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EQF's protests and gave Fidel Medina a yellow card for diving instead. After 73 played minutes EQF got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Medina. EQF's Teo Atarratze played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Caton in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Alvaro Domingues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pastor Ilazki hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Santos Remir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Tajo having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, EQF's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Caton came free, but Teo Atarratze reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. EQF succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Batavia FC had controlled the match.
