SARANDI F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Clodio in the 25th minute of play forced G O J I R A's goalkeeper Conrado Ferrer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudio Clodio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Conrado Ferrer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvestre Amaya's late challenge caught a SARANDI F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvestre Amaya helped the player get up and apologised. After 30 played minutes G O J I R A got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Amaya. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Clodio in the 33rd minute of play forced G O J I R A's goalkeeper Conrado Ferrer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th match minute, G O J I R A was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Bidun to maneuver through the defense. Esteban Kimetz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Conrado Ferrer made a huge save. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesus Gasteiz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 46th minute of the match G O J I R A got a corner. SARANDI F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Silvestre Montez ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led G O J I R A's Silvestre Montez to fire away a dangerous shot which Jesus Gasteiz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvestre Amaya stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Claudio Clodio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Ferrer having to interfere. Conrado Ferrer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esteban Kimetz in the 57th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, G O J I R A's Nereo Belmiro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nereo Belmiro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of G O J I R A protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nereo Belmiro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 62nd minute Claudio Clodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Ferrer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conrado Ferrer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteban Kimetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, SARANDI F.C's goalkeeper Jesus Gasteiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristo Fe. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteban Kimetz couldn't finish the play. 94 minutes into the match, G O J I R A's goal looked a bit too open when Esteban Kimetz came free, but Conrado Ferrer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, SARANDI F.C's Jesus Gasteiz got control of the ball when Cristo Fe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Conrado Ferrer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Clodio in the 97th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SARANDI F.C fans cheered their team off the field, for while G O J I R A had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
