Spectators: 6914 (Terracing: 5414, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 0) Tomalon FC's Octavio Medina started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pedro Lidons short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Americo Egun to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some careless play in the Nigma F.C defense, Octavio Medina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Narciso Ilixo. The Nigma F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Narciso Ilixo should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Baladi in the 13th minute of play forced Nigma F.C's goalkeeper Narciso Ilixo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonatan Diegotxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Americo Egun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Tomalon FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! 29 minutes into the match, Jonatan Diegotxe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Americo Egun, 2-2. Jonatan Diegotxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Americo Egun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonatan Diegotxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Americo Egun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Lidon in the 38th minute. Americo Egun made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Pedro Lidon sent off a good shot on target. If Pedro Lidon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Octavio Medina managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tomalon FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Octavio Medina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narciso Ilixo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Pedro Lidon struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Americo Egun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nigma F.C. With a little luck, Nigma F.C's Narciso Ilixo got control of the ball when Ruperto Baladi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Octavio Medina got free with Narciso Ilixo in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Nigma F.C's Edgardo Garaile got a free kick in the 59th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Nigma F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Octavio Medina came free, but Narciso Ilixo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elvio Eleazar hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Americo Egun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Diegotxe in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute Pedro Lidon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Americo Egun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonatan Diegotxe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Americo Egun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Jonatan Diegotxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Octavio Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Weterio kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 86 minutes into the match, Octavio Medina dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Narciso Ilixo, 2-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Octavio Medina in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Narciso Ilixo saved Nigma F.C from getting behind. 96 minutes into the game, Nigma F.C's Pedro Lidon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Americo Egun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
