In the 16th minute, Wilfredo Loreto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 18 minutes into the match, Atahualpa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Kaxen came free, but Victoriano Aztore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gogo Geofredo tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Victoriano Aztore. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-0 in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the match, Indemnización y Barbarie's Freddy Arotza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victoriano Aztore narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dante Salomone charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dante Salomone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Indemnización y Barbarie booed when Atahualpa AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dante Salomone didn't get a good kick on the ball.
