After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Abel Chayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rahuecó's supporters rose to their feet, but Abel Chayo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damian Cheche breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Albino Burutzagi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albino Burutzagi in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramon Pudes saved Rahuecó from getting behind. Damian Cheche stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elias Honesto's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. With a little luck, Rahuecó's Ramon Pudes got control of the ball when Constantino Miro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Damian Cheche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Benino in the 29th minute of the match. Gaudencio Faro kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. When Elias Honesto came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Rahuecó fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elias Honesto couldn't finish the play. 33 minutes into the match, Rahuecó's Elias Honesto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damian Cheche narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 34 played minutes Navia got a freekick which was hit by Gaudencio Faro. After 38 played minutes Navia got a freekick which was hit by Jeronimo Oriol. Rahuecó's Ladislao Pirmin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 39th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Navia. If Ernesto Benino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernesto Benino to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Ernesto Benino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Damian Cheche was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ernesto Benino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Damian Cheche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Navia! The goalkeeper, Damian Cheche, was totally fooled by Rahuecó's Ladislao Pirmin, who 66 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Ernesto Benino struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Damian Cheche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rahuecó. Elias Honesto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Cheche having to interfere. When Mauro Bermund fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rahuecó's protests and gave Mauro Bermund a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th minute, Mauro Bermund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramon Pudes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Constantino Miro's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Constantino Miro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ramon Pudes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Elias Honesto could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Damian Cheche however easily saved by the left post. Abel Chayo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 98 minutes, Constantino Miro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Navia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Constantino Miro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rahuecó played a much better game than Navia and deserved their victory. The Navia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
