The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 24th match minute, Puerto Madryn FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Sanchez to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Prudencio Louis in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciriaco Richie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28thth minute of the game Prudencio Louis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Puerto Madryn FC's Ciriaco Richie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ciriaco Richie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Norino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 54 minutes, Romulo Osoitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Puerto Madryn FC and the Crucero del Norte players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Aldo Norino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Aldo Norino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crucero del Norte's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Norino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciriaco Richie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Puerto Madryn FC had won after a very even match.
