In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Pelotazo's goalkeeper Rosendo Iratxo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 22nd minute Mariano Lorien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Santio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 23 minutes, Samuel Lope managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Pichu F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Lope was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 39th match minute, El Pichu F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruben Goyo to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Lorien blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mariano Santio having to make a save. After some careless play in the El Pichu F.C. defense, Mariano Lorien kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mariano Santio. The El Pichu F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mariano Santio should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Deportivo Pelotazo getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Pascual Clodio hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Pelotazo's Tiburcio Guillen got a free kick in the 94th minute. Deportivo Pelotazo walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
