Spectators: 7215 (Terracing: 5412, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) In the 4th minute, Villalonga's Honorio Frasco seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Honorio Frasco the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Villalonga protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Honorio Frasco had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Villalonga fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 4th minute. Penalty! If Rosendo Kauldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Asteri in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ovidio Pereyra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Marull defense, Rosendo Kauldi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Freddy Gamus. The Marull fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Freddy Gamus should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute, Villalonga's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Teo Garci fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Villalonga's zone, Paulo Asteri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovidio Pereyra came out of the goal and Paulo Asteri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Villalonga getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Anacleto Tiniebra hit a great ball. If Teo Garci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Villalonga's goalkeeper Ovidio Pereyra, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Teo Garci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Ovidio Pereyra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulo Asteri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Pereyra having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Paulo Asteri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Paulo Asteri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Paulo Asteri sped through Villalonga's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ovidio Pereyra. Marciano Arce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Pereyra having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Anacleto Tiniebra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 63 minutes into the game, Paulo Asteri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Ovidio Pereyra was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 67th minute Paulo Asteri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Pereyra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Asteri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ovidio Pereyra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Asteri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serafin Ermengol's late challenge caught a Marull's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafin Ermengol helped the player get up and apologised. Rosendo Kauldi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Freddy Gamus firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 88th minute of the match Maximino Curcio sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ovidio Pereyra skillfully saved the ball. Paulo Asteri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Pereyra having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Rosendo Kauldi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villalonga's supporters rose to their feet, but Rosendo Kauldi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Freddy Gamus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Marull fans cheered their team off the field, for while Villalonga had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
