Marciano Arce charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marciano Arce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd minute, Marciano Arce hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jesus Neto kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Mariano Lorien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Marull's zone, Bernabe Urtun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Freddy Gamus came out of the goal and Bernabe Urtun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernabe Urtun scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Freddy Gamus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Pelotazo's zone, Teo Garci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rosendo Iratxo came out of the goal and Teo Garci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard and well directed shot from Ariel Kaiet led 34 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Marull's Freddy Gamus became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 0-2. Freddy Gamus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernabe Urtun's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. If Pascual Clodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Bernabe Urtun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Pelotazo's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernabe Urtun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Freddy Gamus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Freddy Gamus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pascual Clodio, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Bernabe Urtun struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Freddy Gamus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Pelotazo. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Deportivo Pelotazo's Jacobo Birila got a free kick in the 95th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Paulo Asteri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marull's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulo Asteri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rosendo Iratxo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Deportivo Pelotazo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
