In the 9th minute, Aurelio Vergaray made a precise shot to the right of Freddy Gamus. Marull's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Aurelio Vergaray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Gamus having to interfere. Denis Fliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Freddy Gamus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Denis Fliz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Freddy Gamus was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurelio Vergaray in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddy Gamus saved Marull from getting behind. 33 minutes into the match, Aurelio Vergaray had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Freddy Gamus. Marull's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aurelio Vergaray was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Denis Fliz took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Freddy Gamus. Freddy Gamus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The supporters of Oeste GBA booed when Marull was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Garci didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Denis Fliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 49th play minutes Aurelio Vergaray shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Freddy Gamus and just under the crossbar into goal.

The wind increased when Denis Fliz made the kick off in the second half. Teo Garci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Paulo Asteri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurelio Vergaray's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 62ndth minute, Freddy Gamus skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Aurelio Vergaray who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Freddy Gamus when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 63rd minute, Denis Fliz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Freddy Gamus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Fliz, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Aurelio Vergaray received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Freddy Gamus came out and tried to block the shot, but Aurelio Vergaray slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 64th minute. In the 67th match minute, Oeste GBA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulises Onbera to maneuver through the defense. Denis Fliz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Freddy Gamus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Fliz, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Denis Fliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Freddy Gamus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ulises Onbera during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Oeste GBA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
