An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Luix in the 16th minute of play forced Club Atletico Rio Tercero's goalkeeper Luciano Baladi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Rio Tercero's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Luix came free, but Luciano Baladi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Cebo might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luciano Baladi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rodrigo Cebo ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Jairo Luix put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Luciano Baladi. Club Atletico Rio Tercero's Luciano Baladi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Luix in the 43rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Jairo Luix managed to get in a good position for a shot. XV ADOQUINES F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Luix was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luciano Baladi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jairo Luix to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Club Atletico Rio Tercero defense, Rodrigo Cebo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luciano Baladi. The Club Atletico Rio Tercero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luciano Baladi should have stopped the shot. After having played for 63 minutes, Guaberto Bladi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. XV ADOQUINES F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Bladi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Candido Ospin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jairo Luix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Luciano Baladi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romulo Ovando's late challenge caught a XV ADOQUINES F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romulo Ovando helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Club Atletico Rio Tercero getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Romulo Ovando hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, XV ADOQUINES F.C's Jairo Luix dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. When Fidel Balendin fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored XV ADOQUINES F.C's protests and gave Fidel Balendin a yellow card for diving instead. Fidel Balendin kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Club Atletico Rio Tercero's Luciano Baladi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Luix in the 91st minute of play. Federico Sol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Eate, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. 94 minutes into the match, XV ADOQUINES F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Candido Ospin came free, but Federico Sol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Luix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luciano Baladi having to interfere. XV ADOQUINES F.C's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
