Honorato Lauren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 12th minute, Jonas Telo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Makallé's Paolo Baumar got control of the ball when Jonas Telo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Makallé's Celedonio Urtzi got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 19 played minutes Coliqueo FC got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Oinatz. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Makallé's goalkeeper Paolo Baumar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Feliciano Richie struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Paolo Baumar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Coliqueo FC. After a defensive mix-up in Coliqueo FC's zone, Honorato Lauren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Oxarra came out of the goal and Honorato Lauren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paolo Baumar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jonas Telo in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Silvio Matei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonas Telo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jairo Kepa hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Feliciano Richie to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Makallé's Honorato Lauren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arturo Oxarra. Arturo Oxarra yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. In the 57th minute, Feliciano Richie made a precise shot to the right of Paolo Baumar. Makallé's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Honorato Lauren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Coliqueo FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Arturo Oxarra, was totally fooled by Makallé's Jairo Kepa, who 71 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Feliciano Richie fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Baumar having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Makallé's Arturo Oxarra threw himself towards the right post 80 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Honorato Lauren, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Santiago Lekubegi took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Arturo Oxarra to make any attempt to save it. Arturo Oxarra acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 94th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Eleuterio Maureo. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliciano Richie in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paolo Baumar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paolo Baumar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Telo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Coliqueo FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Makallé's performance. The match ended with a win for Makallé.
