PAPA FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Aldo Urtats scored to the left of an out of position Zeledon Cebrian, making the score, 1-0. In the 23rd match minute, PAPA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Romo to maneuver through the defense. When Generoso Cordarrol came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the VALENCATA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Generoso Cordarrol couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the match, PAPA FC's Edelmiro Berdoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gervasio Silviano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 36th minute Edelmiro Berdoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Silviano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, PAPA FC's goalkeeper Zeledon Cebrian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Generoso Cordarrol. Leon Gora struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Gervasio Silviano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PAPA FC. The supporters of PAPA FC booed when VALENCATA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Urtats didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 played minutes, PAPA FC's Siro Olayo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gervasio Silviano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PAPA FC reached it. Gervasio Silviano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Berdoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edelmiro Berdoi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, VALENCATA FC's Benito Papo got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 55 played minutes, PAPA FC's Guaberto Vermudo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gervasio Silviano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PAPA FC reached it. Luis Romo hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 60 minutes of play, VALENCATA FC's Maximino Vigil made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zeledon Cebrian was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Generoso Cordarrol in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zeledon Cebrian prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clodoveo Dunixi's late challenge caught a PAPA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clodoveo Dunixi helped the player get up and apologised. Clodoveo Dunixi hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. VALENCATA FC's Gervasio Silviano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edelmiro Berdoi in the 70th minute of play. Zeledon Cebrian came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by VALENCATA FC's Maximino Vigil. But to his dismay, Maximino Vigil quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Zeledon Cebrian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Generoso Cordarrol in the 80th minute of play. In the 80th match minute, PAPA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Abancens to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the match, VALENCATA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edelmiro Berdoi came free, but Gervasio Silviano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Edelmiro Berdoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of VALENCATA FC booed when PAPA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Abancens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Generoso Cordarrol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
