Spectators: 6655 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 0) When Feliberto Gipuzkoa fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salto's protests and gave Feliberto Gipuzkoa a yellow card for diving instead. Feliberto Gipuzkoa kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Sanagasta's Feliberto Resto couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 4th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Salto. 5 minutes into the game, Felix Favila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salto's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sanagasta the free kick. The supporters of Sanagasta booed when Salto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Favila didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Salto's zone, Clemente Dayam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Edorta came out of the goal and Clemente Dayam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aurelio Urbez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Salto's Diego Edorta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Urbez in the 12th minute of play. Aurelio Urbez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurelio Urbez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Diego Edorta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 26 minutes, Clemente Dayam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sanagasta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Dayam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulino Clodio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Maximino Frederik made a huge save. After 40 minutes of play, Salto's Paulino Clodio made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximino Frederik was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Aurelio Urbez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurelio Urbez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Edorta having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Gavino Javiar made the kick off in the second half. When Felix Favila came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Salto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felix Favila couldn't finish the play. If Paulino Clodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Clemente Dayam, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 69 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Diego Edorta was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Paulino Clodio made a precise shot to the right of Maximino Frederik. Sanagasta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Leonel Bernebe's late challenge caught a Salto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonel Bernebe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th match minute, Sanagasta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Bernebe to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Salto had won after a very even match.
