Spectators: 7240 (Terracing: 5432, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Angelino Estefan started the match with the kick off. Ildefonso Tajo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Jacobo Carlomagno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Placido Teofilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Placido Teofilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Carlomagno having to interfere. Jacobo Carlomagno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Tajo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20thth minute of the game Angelino Estefan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Versailles AFC's Aureliano Frutos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game Placido Teofilio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cangrejos's Jacobo Carlomagno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aureliano Frutos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Estefan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Filomeno Abarca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Aureliano Frutos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute Angelino Estefan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aureliano Frutos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Versailles AFC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Florentino Evangelista hit a great ball. Benjamin Balesio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Carlomagno having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, one of Versailles AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ildefonso Tajo made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Filomeno Abarca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cangrejos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Versailles AFC the free kick. A collision led to Cangrejos getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Filomeno Abarca hit a great ball. Jacobo Carlomagno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ildefonso Tajo in the 53rd minute. In the 55th minute Versailles AFC were awarded a corner. Dario Chorache went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Versailles AFC's Dario Chorache to fire away a dangerous shot which Jacobo Carlomagno despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Versailles AFC's Benjamin Balesio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacobo Carlomagno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Versailles AFC's Arnaldo Romano got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ildefonso Tajo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Jacobo Carlomagno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Versailles AFC's Arnaldo Romano got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Filomeno Abarca was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 66 minutes had been played. In the 69th minute, Ildefonso Tajo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnaldo Romano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jacobo Carlomagno came out and tried to block the shot, but Arnaldo Romano slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 73rd minute. Florentino Evangelista's late challenge caught a Cangrejos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florentino Evangelista helped the player get up and apologised. Florentino Evangelista hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Cangrejos's Jacobo Carlomagno got control of the ball when Arnaldo Romano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Ildefonso Tajo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Versailles AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 94th minute, Florentino Evangelista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match was over Versailles AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cangrejos throughout the match.
