Spectators: 6660 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 0) Placido Teofilio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Israel Lugo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Placido Teofilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Placido Teofilio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ildefonso Tajo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Placido Teofilio might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Israel Lugo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Placido Teofilio ran back to his position shaking his head. Ildefonso Tajo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Israel Lugo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ildefonso Tajo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Israel Lugo having to interfere. Israel Lugo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Teofilio in the 23rd minute of play. Baltasar Salvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Matheu booed when Versailles AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnaldo Romano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciro Rumaldo in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aureliano Frutos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 31 minutes, Baltasar Salvino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Matheu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baltasar Salvino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ildefonso Tajo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Matheu's zone, Placido Teofilio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Israel Lugo came out of the goal and Placido Teofilio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Matheu players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Versailles AFC were winning 0-1.

Ildefonso Tajo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Israel Lugo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Emanuel Lluterio charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emanuel Lluterio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Matheu's Emanuel Lluterio got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Ildefonso Tajo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Versailles AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ildefonso Tajo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Israel Lugo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Matheu's Emanuel Lluterio got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Ildefonso Tajo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute of the match Dario Chorache sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Israel Lugo skillfully saved the ball. If Ildefonso Tajo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Versailles AFC booed when Matheu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Toli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Matheu's goalkeeper Israel Lugo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benjamin Ignazio kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. When Benjamin Balesio came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Versailles AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Balesio couldn't finish the play. 80 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Baraquiel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Matheu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Versailles AFC the free kick. Eustaquio Baraquiel kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Benjamin Ignazio's late challenge caught a Versailles AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benjamin Ignazio helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in Matheu's zone, Placido Teofilio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Israel Lugo came out of the goal and Placido Teofilio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
