Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alvaro Bertin took the kick off in the first half of the match. Diego Edorta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejandro Kiliz in the 4th minute of the match. Paulino Clodio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rogelio Louis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. After 11 played minutes Kusiufo got a freekick which was hit by Damian Iraido. In the 12th minute of the match Justino Tximitx sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rogelio Louis skillfully saved the ball. In the 13thth minute of the game Gavino Javiar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kusiufo's Rogelio Louis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Salto booed when Kusiufo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lázaro Gines didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rogelio Louis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Javiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulino Clodio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rogelio Louis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kusiufo's Vinicio Tauro got a free kick in the 20th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Gavino Javiar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rogelio Louis. That made the score 1-1 in the 23 minute of play. In the 25th minute, Felix Favila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvaro Bertin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Alejandro Kiliz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kusiufo's supporters rose to their feet, but Alejandro Kiliz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Edorta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th match minute, Kusiufo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dante Beltxe to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Bertin in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diego Edorta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Salto's Gavino Javiar got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gavino Javiar had several of the Kusiufo's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 44 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Rogelio Louis as he didn't even see the shot coming. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute, Gavino Javiar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salto fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Paulino Clodio struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Rogelio Louis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salto. If Alvaro Bertin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the match, Salto's goal looked a bit too open when Alvaro Bertin came free, but Diego Edorta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th match minute, Salto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Gipuzkoa to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute of the match, Alvaro Bertin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Diego Edorta saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 80 minutes into the match, Salto's goalkeeper Diego Edorta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejandro Kiliz. If Alejandro Kiliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute Alvaro Bertin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Edorta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alejandro Kiliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Edorta having to interfere. Alvaro Bertin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Diego Edorta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alvaro Bertin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kusiufo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Salto.
