Jonatan Seme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Benito Irrintzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Cordarell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Elisa F.C's Siro Constancio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonatan Seme narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Siro Constancio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jonatan Seme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Noe in the 22nd minute of play forced Elisa F.C's goalkeeper Benito Irrintzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Lázaro Cordarell put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Benito Irrintzi. Hernan Noe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Elisa F.C's zone, Lázaro Cordarell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Irrintzi came out of the goal and Lázaro Cordarell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38thth minute of the game Lázaro Cordarell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Elisa F.C's Benito Irrintzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonatan Seme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Maureo, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Osvaldo Galeno hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. After having played for 53 minutes, Ceferino Maureo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elisa F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ceferino Maureo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Siro Constancio notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Palomo FC's Jonatan Seme. Jonatan Seme was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 63 played minutes, Elisa F.C's Benigno Jatsu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonatan Seme came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Elisa F.C reached it. Benito Irrintzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Cordarell, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Hernan Noe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Palomo FC's Lázaro Cordarell in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lázaro Cordarell couldn't finish the play. After 84 minutes, Leonel Poncio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palomo FC and the Elisa F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leonel Poncio kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Palomo FC's zone, Primitivo Gudesteo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Seme came out of the goal and Primitivo Gudesteo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the match, Elisa F.C's goalkeeper Benito Irrintzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hernan Noe. Benito Irrintzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lázaro Cordarell, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Elisa F.C were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Palomo FC for a fine match.
