Spectators: 6814 (Terracing: 5421, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 143) Augusto Hustaz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siro Constancio in the 4th minute of play forced Cristo FC's goalkeeper Cleto Clemencin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Cristo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Siro Constancio came free, but Cleto Clemencin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute, Ceferino Maureo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raimundo Lauren during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 21st minute, Augusto Hustaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Eriberto Alonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernabe Guib hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Ceferino Maureo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Cleto Clemencin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Siro Constancio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cleto Clemencin having to make a save. Eriberto Alonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Primitivo Gudesteo fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elisa F.C's protests and gave Primitivo Gudesteo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cristo FC booed when Elisa F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Gudesteo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute Siro Constancio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cleto Clemencin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Eriberto Alonso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cristo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Elisa F.C the free kick. In the 47th minute, Eriberto Alonso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ceferino Maureo made a kick off. If Ceferino Maureo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Elisa F.C booed when Cristo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Dolfos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 67th minute, Cristo FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Siro Constancio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Ceferino Maureo fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elisa F.C's protests and gave Ceferino Maureo a yellow card for diving instead. Ceferino Maureo kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Zacarias Urtun could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Cleto Clemencin however easily saved by the left post. Augusto Hustaz kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Cleto Clemencin made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Siro Constancio sent off a good shot on target. 82 minutes into the game, Elisa F.C's Siro Constancio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cleto Clemencin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Augusto Hustaz came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Cristo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Hustaz couldn't finish the play. Cristo FC's Eriberto Alonso got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Elisa F.C supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Elisa F.C would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
