Spectators: 7177 (Terracing: 5432, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 80) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rene Ibañez kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute Saverio Lidon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Ongile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustavo Salvatore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Ongile having to interfere. If Saverio Lidon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teo Mosen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, Jose Maraman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Higinio Ongile was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. The supporters of Sey FC booed when BERAZATEGUI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonides Mirande didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florencio Malvin's late challenge caught a Sey FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Florencio Malvin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th match minute, BERAZATEGUI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Malvin to maneuver through the defense. After 28 minutes, Guaberto Sanson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sey FC and the BERAZATEGUI FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jose Maraman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Higinio Ongile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gustavo Salvatore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Higinio Ongile showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Salvatore, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After 47 played minutes Sey FC got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Rivero. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustavo Salvatore to make the kick off. Higinio Ongile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Lidon in the 70th minute of the match. Enzo Beila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Higinio Ongile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Higinio Ongile came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by BERAZATEGUI FC's Gustavo Salvatore. But to his dismay, Gustavo Salvatore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. When Gustavo Salvatore came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the BERAZATEGUI FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustavo Salvatore couldn't finish the play. BERAZATEGUI FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
