Jeronimo Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Hanni in the 8th minute of play. After having played for 12 minutes, Candido Hanni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SOHCAHTOA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Candido Hanni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. German Terciero scored 1-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jeronimo Abreu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Choripan Unión Social booed when SOHCAHTOA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Sarracino didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Candido Hanni put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jeronimo Abreu. Choripan Unión Social's Godfredo Sasoin got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jacinto Corderro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Mauro Txordon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in SOHCAHTOA's zone, Godfredo Sasoin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro Txordon came out of the goal and Godfredo Sasoin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Candido Hanni sped through Choripan Unión Social's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jeronimo Abreu. 39 minutes into the game, Cecilio Haritzeder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SOHCAHTOA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Choripan Unión Social the free kick. Cecilio Haritzeder kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Jacinto Corderro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Mauro Txordon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Jacinto Corderro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Candido Hanni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Jeronimo Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half SOHCAHTOA were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Benicio Martxel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jeronimo Abreu. Choripan Unión Social's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 71st minute Jacinto Corderro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Txordon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 played minutes Choripan Unión Social got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Corderro. 74 minutes into the match, Choripan Unión Social's goal looked a bit too open when German Terciero came free, but Jeronimo Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. German Terciero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jeronimo Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Eleuterio Iraunkor fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. After 88 minutes of play, Choripan Unión Social's Jacinto Corderro made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Txordon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jeronimo Abreu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Candido Hanni in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute, Adrian Bingen sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Choripan Unión Social's Jeronimo Abreu didn't even have to move. The audience was convinced that German Terciero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jeronimo Abreu was relentless in the 100th minute of the game.
