When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

C.A. Huracan's Anibal Chico quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hector Reyes, made in the 52nd minute of the game. 54 minutes into the match, Classic's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Ignado came free, but Samuel Eufemio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernabe Cresenciano hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The supporters of Classic booed when C.A. Huracan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Vargas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute Nicolas Vermudo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernabe Crescencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Classic were victorious despite being under pressure from C.A. Huracan for much of the match.
