If German Terciero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute, German Terciero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arnaldo Txomin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 16th minute, one of SOHCAHTOA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SOHCAHTOA. The goalkeeper, Mauro Txordon, was totally fooled by Club Sportivo Barracas's Cornelio Tino, who 18 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 20 minutes into the game, Cornelio Jon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Sportivo Barracas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SOHCAHTOA the free kick. The supporters of SOHCAHTOA booed when Club Sportivo Barracas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Jon didn't get a good kick on the ball. SOHCAHTOA's German Terciero managed to work through Club Sportivo Barracas's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. German Terciero dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Arnaldo Txomin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Hanni, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Candido Hanni struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Arnaldo Txomin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SOHCAHTOA. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Sportivo Barracas's goalkeeper Arnaldo Txomin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 32 played minutes SOHCAHTOA got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Haritzeder. 33 minutes into the match, Cornelio Tino sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Mauro Txordon threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Cornelio Tino this time. In the 35th minute, Candido Hanni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Hanni in the 37th minute of play forced Club Sportivo Barracas's goalkeeper Arnaldo Txomin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Nemesio Cordarryl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Sportivo Barracas's supporters rose to their feet, but Nemesio Cordarryl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Txordon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. German Terciero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Arnaldo Txomin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nemesio Cordarryl was the one to do the kick off. Venancio Maurin struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Mauro Txordon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Sportivo Barracas. German Terciero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cornelio Jon hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. If German Terciero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Candido Hanni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Txomin having to interfere. Candido Hanni in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arnaldo Txomin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 90 minutes into the game, Club Sportivo Barracas's Venancio Maurin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mauro Txordon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. With a little luck, Club Sportivo Barracas's Arnaldo Txomin got control of the ball when Candido Hanni tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Club Sportivo Barracas were victorious despite being under pressure from SOHCAHTOA for much of the match.
