Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pastor Otsando started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Morrillo's Armando Guillen got a free kick in the 7th minute. Teo Marcones showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Otsando in the 15th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Morrillo's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Otsando came free, but Teo Marcones reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Romano in the 21st minute of play forced Morrillo's goalkeeper Teo Marcones to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geronimo Fresco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Elvio Panpili when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Todo una Mentira FC's zone, Geronimo Cordeara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elvio Panpili came out of the goal and Geronimo Cordeara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Morrillo's Geronimo Fresco got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute, Victor Beliran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Geronimo Fresco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 28thth minute, Elvio Panpili skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Teo Marcones made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Otsando in the 32nd minute of play. Elvio Panpili was a little too slow when Geronimo Cordeara got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 39th minute. The score was now 1-0. Americo Rafel charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Americo Rafel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Americo Rafel hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geronimo Fresco to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Americo Rafel got free with Teo Marcones in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Geronimo Cordeara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Geronimo Fresco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The throw-in from Reynaldo Romano in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Morrillo's Arnaldo Musko. Elvio Panpili didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Geronimo Fresco went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Geronimo Cordeara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Elvio Panpili tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Geronimo Fresco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Morrillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Geronimo Fresco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elvio Panpili breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
